Can we get a joint resolution on this?

March, 3, 2008 · No Comments

Jorge Carlos Díaz Cuervo, an  Alternativa Party deputy in the Federal District Legislature, has introduced a resolution  that would legalize up to 3 grams of marijuana (and 2 grams of “residue”).  It’s been 25 or more years since I used the stuff, but can you even get off on 3 grams?

Oh well, with cigarette-smoking now illegal in most public venues, I suppose you need something.
